Whether you require 24-hour nursing care or therapy services for short-term recovery or long-term management of a chronic condition, our skilled nursing center is here for you.
We are known throughout south Georgia for our outstanding nursing care. Our team of professionals including physical, speech and occupational therapists, activity leaders, certified nursing assistants, licensed nurses, pharmacists, social workers and chaplains work with you, your physician and family to provide 24-hour care that is centered around your needs.
Meals are served in our main dining room; for those needing additional assistance, meals can be served in a smaller dining area located in the nursing care center. All residents have access to the hair salon, outdoor paths and gardens, lake, chapel, and other features and amenities of Presbyterian Home.
Our nursing center is located approximately two miles from the Brooks County Hospital, ensuring a smooth transition if further medical care is needed. Our fully licensed center participates in Medicare, Medicaid, the Veterans Administration Program and many other long-term care insurance programs.
